Our approach

A clear process.
At your pace.

We start with your question, listen to your priorities, and explain the next steps before a coverage conversation.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

What happens next

From your first question
to your next step.

We keep the process straightforward so you understand how to connect, what to expect, and what may come next.

01
Make a connection

Choose how you’d like to reach us.

Call or email us directly with your initial questions. If you would like Mike to contact you, use the provider’s contact-permission process to submit your request.

02
Your permission

Make your contact preferences clear.

Continue to the provider’s website and complete the applicable permission-to-contact steps. Opening the link alone does not record your consent or submit a request.

03
Your conversation

Confirm what you’d like to discuss.

Permission to contact and a scope of appointment are separate steps. Follow the applicable scope-of-appointment process before a discussion of specific coverage topics.

We’ll focus on the topics agreed for your appointment and the questions that matter to you.

04
Your priorities

Understand what to review.

Bring your questions about providers, prescriptions, benefits or costs. We help you identify relevant details and what may need clarification before making a coverage decision.

Your next step

Know how to move forward.

If more information is needed, we explain what may be useful for a follow-up conversation. Ask us how to reconnect when questions arise or your circumstances change.

A question is enough

No perfect checklist.
No need to wait.

You don’t need your plan name, a policy number, or a folder of documents before contacting us. We can explain what may be helpful after we connect.

  • Ask a question about your own coverage
  • Discuss general questions for a family member
  • Ask how other coverage may relate to veteran benefits
  • Tell us which benefits matter most to you

Before we connect

A little clarity about the process.

Do I need documents before contacting you?

No. Start with your question. If documents or other information would help with a later appointment, we’ll explain what may be useful.

I’m a veteran. Can I start with general questions?

Yes. We welcome questions about how other coverage may relate to your existing veteran benefits. We are not affiliated with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Can a family member help with the conversation?

Yes. Ask how your family member can be involved. If someone is acting as an authorized representative or has power of attorney, we can explain what authorization may be needed.

Does clicking the appointment link give permission?

No. Clicking a link only opens the provider’s website. Complete the applicable consent and appointment steps there. This page does not collect your contact details or record permission.

What information should I keep private?

Do not send medical details, identification numbers, or policy numbers through ordinary email. Keep sensitive information for the appropriate direct conversation or provider process.

Let’s take the next step

Your questions.
Our attention.

We’re here to help you understand what to consider. Choose the way you’d like to connect.

Appointment and contact requests open on PlanEnroll. Complete the applicable provider steps. Clicking a link alone does not record consent.
